Data Privacy Request
Validated Lead Group is a brand of Loyalty LTD. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information Loyalty LTD has collected about you, to access a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, or to limit how we use it. Use this page to make those requests.
What you can request
Access — the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties to whom we have disclosed, sold, or shared it, for the preceding twelve months.
Correction — correction of inaccurate personal information.
Deletion — deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to exceptions for information we need to complete a transaction you requested, detect security incidents or fraud, comply with a legal obligation, or exercise or defend legal claims.
Portability — a copy of your personal information in a portable, readily usable format.
Verification
We will verify your identity before responding by matching the information you provide against the information associated with your inquiry. For sensitive requests we may ask for additional confirmation. We will not require you to create an account.
Timing
We will confirm receipt within ten (10) business days and respond within forty-five (45) days. Where reasonably necessary, we may extend that period by a further forty-five (45) days and will tell you why.
Authorized agents
You may designate an authorized agent. We may require proof of your written authorization and may require you to verify your identity directly with us.
Appeals
If we decline your request in whole or in part, we will explain why and, where applicable law provides a right of appeal, how to appeal.
Non-discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right.
