TCPA Consent Disclosure
Validated Lead Group is a brand of Loyalty LTD. This disclosure explains the consent you give when you check the consent box on one of our forms, and how you can withdraw it.
1. What you are agreeing to
When you check the consent box on a form operated by Loyalty LTD — including forms on the Validated Lead Group, Validated Home Services, Validated Remodeling, Validated Mortgage Leads, Validated Debt Leads, and Validated Insurance Leads websites — and submit it, you give your prior express written consent, under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (47 U.S.C. § 227) and its implementing regulations, for Loyalty LTD, a Nevada limited liability company, and the buyer, service provider, or partner to whom your inquiry is routed, to contact you at the telephone number you provided.
That contact may include telephone calls and SMS or MMS text messages, and those calls and messages may be placed or sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, an artificial or prerecorded voice, or other automated technology, even if your number is on a federal, state, or company do-not-call list.
2. Consent is never required to buy anything
Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, and it is not a condition of being considered for any affiliate, media partner, or buyer program. If you would rather not receive automated calls or texts, you can reach us through our contact form instead and we will respond by email.
3. Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies and depends on how your inquiry progresses. Message and data rates may apply according to your plan with your mobile carrier. Loyalty LTD does not charge you for the messages themselves. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. How to opt out
You may revoke your consent at any time and by any reasonable means. Replying STOP to any text message stops further text messages to that number. Replying HELP returns help information. You may also tell any representative during a call that you wish to be placed on our internal do-not-call list, or write to us at the address below.
Revoking consent stops marketing and follow-up contact. We may still send a small number of transactional messages required to complete something you asked us to do, and we retain a record of your consent and your revocation as required by law.
5. What we record
To evidence consent, we store the exact wording of the disclosure you agreed to, the version of that wording, the date and time you agreed, the page on which you agreed, the telephone number you provided, and technical request details including IP address and browser user agent. These records are retained for at least five (5) years and are used only to demonstrate compliance and to honor your preferences.
6. Buyer and partner contact
Your consent extends to the buyer, service provider, or partner to whom Loyalty LTD routes your inquiry, for the purpose of the inquiry you submitted. Where a form lets you select a partner network, your consent extends to that named partner. Each buyer and partner is an independent business and maintains its own privacy and consent practices once you begin working with it directly.
7. Fair Credit Reporting Act authorization (financial-services properties)
Where a form on a financial-services property asks for a separate authorization under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, checking that box authorizes Loyalty LTD and the lender, broker, or provider to whom your inquiry is routed to obtain consumer report information about you for the purpose of evaluating the inquiry you submitted, and constitutes your written instruction under 15 U.S.C. § 1681b(a)(2). That authorization is recorded and retained on the same terms as your TCPA consent.
